It’s no secret that TFC48 was big! We had over 400 registrations and ran 566 matches. We almost doubled in registrations from 2023. As we reflected on the tournament, our team was overwhelmed by the support, energy, and sheer number of academies that brought their teams to kickboxing and grappling!
It’s safe to say the idea of a true “combat tournament” is making waves in our region and is the next generation of martial arts tournaments.Thank you for commenting! We hope to see you again next year for TFC49.

The Fall Classic is a family-friendly kickboxing, gi & no gi grappling tournament in Knoxville, TN, for all ages, ranks, and skills!
All divisions, with the exception of the absolute divisions, are double-elimination! That means no matter if you win or lose, you still will compete in at least two matches per division that you enter.
Double Elimination
We provide three unique combat divisions for you to enter. We offer gi grappling, no-gi grappling, and semi-contact kickboxing. All divisions will be divided based on age, skill, and weight.
Three Types of Combat
New in 2024 — we will be offering separate absolute divisions for those who want to test their skills against the best. All winners will receive our prestigious Eagle Award and some divisions will be awarded a cash prize!
